Improving development productivity by enriching processes and communication within the team
2022 Zigi.Ai Ltd.
This product works to improve development productivity; reducing cycle time by ~65% through enhancing processes and communication within the team.
I started on this project by interviewing and researching the workflows in different development teams. Based on their needs, I Improved the daily message for developers and prototyped Slack-based tools such as live notifications for PR review, connecting code to tasks, etc. These tools went into development and are continuously improved based on user data and feedback.

The goal was to provide developers with a live dashboard that analyzes their data and helps them understand their users’ dimensions such as age, gender, location, and so on. By comparing these, the dashboard provides the necessary context to understand the products’ place within the wider market.

"Healthier.me" is a platform that allows users to get medical services online: the user chooses the service, answers a medical questionnaire, and receives a response from an MD in 4 hours.
This use case focuses on a decrease in transition from the "service page" to the beginning of the process: medical questionnaire, registration, payment, etc.

Converting medical summaries to datasets

Medical summaries are paragraphs of text describing a patient’s condition.
My task was to build a system that converts these text blocks into a simple structure suitable for AI systems. The first phase - research - comprised a design workshop that included MDs, data scientists, and designers. The second phase included creating a tool for MDs to manually label existing medical summaries, converting them to the new structure utilized by the Diagnostic Robotics AI systems.

This study aimed to improve the process of prescription selection from a list, making it easier and more convenient.
To do so I interviewed MDs and researched their prescription methodology to understand how they write prescriptions in telemedicine, with a focus on repeat-prescriptions, medication type, and their instructions to patients.
This research led me to narrow down the number of inputs to optimize for AntiDote Health’s scale and EMR needs, ultimately making the selection system more efficient and frictionless for MDs.
